A New Start—Together
The legacy of Faith Lutheran Church belongs to generations of faithful Christians from two former congregations of the Roaring Fork Valley. In 2014, the people of Holy Cross Lutheran in Glenwood Springs and Messiah Lutheran in Aspen came together in Carbondale to form a new congregation—Faith. We said goodbye to our buildings in which, week after week, God had fed us with his Word and Sacraments, and began to look for a new home in Carbondale.

We began worshipping at Carbondale Middle School until, in early 2015, we moved into our new church and childcare center, the repurposed Roaring Fork Physicians building at 1340 Highway 133. This facility now serves as our center for worship, Christian education, and community involvement.
Today, our thriving childcare center serves more than thirty-five families. We gather on Sunday mornings to worship our living Savior, Jesus Christ, and we are always looking for ways to meet community needs. We sincerely hope Faith Lutheran Church will be a blessing to Carbondale and the Roaring Fork Valley by our service to the community and by connecting people to Jesus Christ.
